This grand boulevard stretches along the east bank of the Scioto River in downtown Columbus. The Promenade features fountains and stone colonnades with shaded swings, park benches and gardens. The bronze fish, modeled after a local species, spouts streams of water. The simplicity and the richness of the materials used in the design, including its marble base, give the fountains a character appropriate to their locations in front of the Ohio Judicial Center.
